Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. I do not need to navigate life in the dark. God has given me His Word — living, active, and sufficient — to illuminate the way forward. I choose to meditate on it, to hide it in my heart, and to let it guide my steps. His truth is more reliable than my feelings, my instincts, or the opinions of others.
If I lack wisdom — and I do — I ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault. He does not mock my confusion. He does not withhold wisdom from those who genuinely seek it. I ask today for the wisdom I need: to make good decisions, to discern what is true, to know what to do and what to leave undone.
I have the mind of Christ. The Spirit of God searches all things, even the deep things of God, and He lives in me. I am not left to navigate life with only my own understanding. I have access to the wisdom of God through the Spirit who dwells within me. I choose to lean on His understanding, not my own.
Jesus said: If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. I am not a slave to confusion, to lies I have believed about myself, or to the distortions of a broken world. The truth of God's Word is setting me free — and I choose to stand in that freedom.
