Panic Will Not Write My Future
Full Text
I declare that panic will not write the future of my life. I will not treat every frightening sensation as proof that catastrophe has come. I will learn what helps me, accept appropriate care, and practice truth when fear feels convincing. I will not allow shame to isolate me. The peace of Christ is deeper than this passing storm. I will move forward with patience, courage, and hope.
