Thank you for what you have already done that I will never fully know. I do not want to take any of it for granted. Let gratitude be the posture of my heart today, whatever the day holds. Amen.
God, I come to you not with a request but with praise. You are holy. You are good. You are faithful. You are the Creator of everything, the Sustainer of all things, the Redeemer of what is broken. I worship you — not for what you give me, but for who you are. Let my life be an act of praise. Let everything I do today be an offering to you. Amen.
Father, this is a hard season. I will not pretend otherwise. But even now, I can find things to be grateful for. I am grateful for your presence — that you have not left me. I am grateful for your promises — that they have not changed. I am grateful for the people around me, for small mercies I might overlook. I choose gratitude, not because everything is good, but because you are. Amen.
Lord, you answered. I asked, and you provided. I prayed, and you moved. I do not want to receive your answer and forget to say thank you. So I stop here and I say it: thank you. You are faithful. You hear. You act. I want to remember this moment — to come back to it when I am tempted to doubt. You are the God who answers prayer. Amen.
