Lord, I give you this day and this work. Let me do it with excellence — not to impress people, but as an act of worship to you. Give me focus, creativity, and integrity. Let my work be a blessing to those I serve. And remind me throughout the day that I am working for you, not just for a paycheck or a deadline. Amen.
Father, I am struggling to find meaning in what I do. The work feels small, repetitive, unnoticed. Help me see it through your eyes. Nothing done faithfully for you is wasted. Every act of service, every honest hour, every task done with integrity matters to you. Give me the grace to be faithful in the small things, trusting that you see and that it counts. Amen.
God, I am facing a decision about my work and I need your wisdom. I do not want to make this choice based only on money or fear or what others expect of me. Show me what you want. Give me clarity about my gifts, my calling, and the direction you are leading. I trust that you have a purpose for my work, and I want to walk in it. Amen.
Lord, my workplace is difficult. There is conflict, unfairness, or a culture that makes it hard to stay faithful. Give me wisdom to navigate it. Give me courage to do what is right even when it costs me. Protect my integrity. And if this is not where you want me to stay, make that clear. I want to honor you wherever I work. Amen.
