Health

Lord Jesus, You healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, and raised the dead. I come to You now with this body — with this pain, this diagnosis, this fear. I ask for Your healing touch. I do not demand it as a right, but I ask for it as a child asking a loving Father. Whether You heal miraculously, through medicine, or through the grace to endure, I trust You. Be glorified in my body.

My body is not beyond God's reach. He who formed me in my mother's womb knows every cell, every nerve, every place of pain. I am not alone in my suffering. I choose today to trust that God is at work — in the doctors, in the treatment, in the waiting, and in the healing that comes in His time and in His way. My body is held by a God who heals.

I declare that by the stripes of Jesus Christ, healing has been provided for my body. I declare that sickness does not have the final word over my life. I speak life, health, and wholeness over every system of my body. I declare that the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead is at work in my mortal body, bringing life and healing in accordance with God's perfect will.

Father, I confess that I am weary. The illness has been long, the recovery slow, and the uncertainty heavy. I do not always have the faith to pray boldly — sometimes I can only say, 'Lord, I need You.' That is enough. Be my strength when mine is gone. Be my hope when I cannot manufacture it. Sustain me with Your presence, and let me know that You are with me in this.
