I declare that fear does not have the final word over my life. A diagnosis has come, and fear has come with it — but fear is not my master. I declare that the God who is for me is greater than the disease that is against me. I declare that this cancer does not define my identity, determine my future, or diminish my worth before God. I am a child of the Most High God, and I stand in that identity today. I declare that I will not be paralyzed by what I do not know. I will face this one day at a time, one step at a time, in the strength that God provides. Fear does not have the final word. God does.
