I declare that fear is not my physician and panic is not my source of truth. I will respect symptoms, seek qualified care, and make room for evidence, wisdom, and prayer. I will neither ignore genuine concerns nor repeatedly feed imagined catastrophe. Whatever I learn, I will face it with God, trustworthy people, and the help available to me. I am not alone.
