I Can Face Medical Truth with Courage
Full Text
My body deserves attentive and responsible care. I can seek medical facts without surrendering my mind to imagined outcomes. A diagnosis, if one comes, will describe a condition; it will not define my worth, erase God’s presence, or determine the whole meaning of my life. I can ask questions, bring someone with me, take notes, seek another opinion when appropriate, and make decisions with wisdom rather than panic.
Scripture References
Psalm 139:14
"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well."
Isaiah 41:10
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
