I Will Not Be Shaken by What I Do Not Yet Know
Full Text
I declare that I will not be shaken by what I do not yet know. The results are not in. The diagnosis is not confirmed. The future is uncertain. And I declare that my foundation is not my scan results — it is the God who does not change. I declare that I am standing on a rock that uncertainty cannot move. I declare that the peace of God, which passes all understanding, is available to me right now — not after the results come back, but now, in the waiting. I will not let my imagination run ahead of God's provision. I will not borrow tomorrow's trouble today. I will stand here, in this moment of not-knowing, and I will declare: God is good, God is present, and I will not be shaken.
